Cannot download android apps

 · Hello, I recently bought Moto E with Android and the biggest trouble is i cannot download any apps. I use internet via my service provider and i can do all other stuffs (like browsing in the chrome, gmail sync, etc.,.). I tried using Wi-Fi and the apps do not download.
